Fix-It Duck
I am just now taking our ducks down from the second week of school. I just had to post some pictures of these cute ducks before sending them home with the students.
At the beginning of the year, we read Fix-It Duck and Hit the Ball Duck. Then we made our very own ducks using paper plates and tracing and cutting out our hands.

Life in an Ocean
This week we read several books about life in an ocean, including the non-fiction book pictured below. On Friday, we drew an ocean picture with the plants and animals we read about and then used water color paint to paint the ocean water. We also wrote ocean facts that we had learned throughout the week and made crabs!
