We celebrated Johnny Appleseed's Birthday by reading about him and then making and eating homemade applesauce. It was delicious! Donavin made sure he got every last drop off of it off his plate!

- I am originally from southwestern Indiana where I graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught Kindergarten and first grade in Indiana before moving to Glasgow. My husband is a Glasgow native, hence my move to the great state of Kentucky. After moving to Kentucky, I taught Kindergarten in Warren County. This is my fourth year teaching Kindergarten at Highland. My husband and I were married in June 2009. I am blessed with a 12 year old step-daughter and a 6 month old son. We have two dogs and two cats. I am so excited to be working with your child this year. I look forward to watching them grow!
