Dr. Seuss' Birthday

March 2 was Dr. Seuss' birthday and we celebrated in style! Check out our pictures below:
Louis, Jordan, and Cam'ron mixing up their green eggs.

Kennedy and Mitchell enjoying their green eggs and ham!

The Cat in the Hat...better known as Mr. Muhlenkamp...read "I Can Read With My Eyes Shut" to our class!

A fifth grade reading class came to read Dr. Seuss books to us. But some of our Kindergartners impressed the big kids by reading TO THEM!

Money Poems

Penny
Penny, penny,
Easily spent,
Copper brown,
and worth one cent!

Nickel
Nickel, nickel,
Thick and fat,
You're worth five cents,
I know that!

Dime
Dime, dime,
Little and thin,
I remember,
You're worth ten!

Quarter
Quarter, quarter,
Big and bold,
You're worth twenty-five,
I'm told!
