No More Monkeys Jumpin' On the Bed!

Ryan and Juan were all packed up, when Juan pulled out his library book for the two boys to read together while they waited to leave for the day. I snuck up on them to video their amusing narration!

We celebrated Valentine's Day on Monday. We had a popcorn and movie party. Before the party, we learned how to cut out paper hearts, we made our Valetine's Day cards mailboxes, and we passed out and read our Valentine's Day cards. It was such a fun day!
We watched The Chipmunk Adventure movie. It was really good!

Goods and Services

We have been learning about goods and services in our economics unit. On Monday, each student received an index card with the name of a Glasgow or Bowling Green business. The students were to draw a picture of the business that they were given. We then placed all of our pictures on a large play mat that looks like a town. The students took turns "driving a car" to businesses and telling the class if that particular business sold goods or services. They also explained what kinds of goods and services these businesses sell.
