What We've Learned About Kids and Sleep in 2015

Read about research on kids and sleep. Adequate sleep is so crucial for our children! Today in class, we learned all about Habit #7: Sharpen the Saw. Part of Sharpening Your Saw is taking care of your body, including getting plenty of sleep. Kindergartners should get 10-11 hours of sleep each night.
